The CDSSL End of Season Banquet will be held on Saturday, September 21, beginning at 6:00 PM at the American Legion Post on Grooms Road in Clifton Park. Tickets are $15 for players, and $25 for guests. The deadline to buy tickets is Monday, September 2.

To buy tickets, you can either download the pdf registration form by clicking on this link, or you can pay online securely with a credit card or PayPal. Fill in the form below, and when you click on Submit you’ll go to the PayPal website, where you can enter your information securely. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to use this feature. You can click on Pay with Credit or Debit Card and enter your information there.

If you decide to download the form instead, you’ll need to print it and mail it with your check to the address on the form.
